Little Venice duplex penthouse

Working with architects MWAI, Margreiter completed this stunning Little Venice duplex penthouse for the owners.

Upon entering the white stucco fronted building a private lift takes you to the third floor lobby where the master suite and two further bedrooms, bathrooms and utility are hidden behind concealed Italian doors and contemporary marble effect polished plaster walls.

The master suite has high specification joinery with a mosaic pattern veneer and the master bathroom Calacatta marble chevrons laid to flow from dark to light with stunning effect. A minimal concealed staircase with meticulous shadow gaps leads to the fourth floor bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a door leading to the roof terrace.

In order to achieve this development the property was stripped back to brickwork and new 7m structural steels installed and entirely new services provided.
